Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for creating and QA technical documents including LLD, MOP, UAT, Training document, Incident report document.
- Strong skill and experience and having best practice in firewall & security (design scenario, preparation, implement, test, integration & migration) brown field or greenfield customer environment.
- Supporting for CR (change request) and CM (corrective maintenance) in support for customer
- Creating MOP for request customer and generate technical documents such as Method of Procedure (MoP), corrective and preventive maintenance report documents.
- Submitting daily report
- Reviewing MOP and submit to customer before manager approval
- Be ready 24×7 for trouble shooting during on call period
- Performing identification analysis and troubleshooting of any technical issues and get the restoration / resolution and the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to achieve Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Reviewing the monthly and quarterly report and submit to customer after manager approval
- Presenting the corrective and preventive maintenance report to customer
- Conduct training/transfer knowledge for internal & customer
Requirements:
- Hold bachelor’s degree in information technology / computer engineering /Telecommunication or related to job desc.
- Min 5 years’ experience in firewall -Security & surrounding technology deployment
- Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and Security network Security analytic tools at Tier 2/3 support level. Proven track record of troubleshooting to resolve issues.
- Deep knowledge in end point & network Security Technology
- Familiar with security tools
- Has valid Fortinet, Palo Alto and Cisco Security Certification (Level Professional or Expert)
- Flexible, proactive, ability to work with minimal direction in an open and fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaboration skills; works well on a team.
- Fluent in English and good communication skills both verbal & written
