Job Description
- Lead the development and implementation of high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions, from conceptualization through deployment and maintenance
- Perform thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and the highest security standards
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and integrate user feedback into the development process, enhancing product value and user satisfaction
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and methodologies to continuously improve product features and development efficiency
Additional Responsibilities
- Mentor junior engineers, promoting a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the team
- Contribute to the strategic planning of the product roadmap, aligning development goals with business objectives and customer needs
Qualifications
- Preferred: Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in front-end and back-end web development
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, MongoDB, and React
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Job Specifics
- Salary Range: 15,000,000 to 30,000,000 Rp per month depending on your skillset and experience.
- At-home work location; eventually in person as EduBeyond sets up its base of operations in Indonesia
- English-speaking work environment that is inclusive and supportive of non-native speaker.
