We are looking for Software Engineer (BackEnd Engineer).
The working venue is in Jakarta Barat.
Working with a cross-functional Global Team.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (GPA＞3.5).
Job Responsibilities:
1.Participate in the backend design, development, and maintenance of the company’s software products and projects, including requirements analysis, system design, coding implementation, code review, testing and debugging, deployment, operational monitoring, and troubleshooting.
2.Driven by product development tasks, ensure the quality and quantity of product and UI/UE requirements are met, and achieve rapid iteration of minor product versions.
3.Enhance the usability, stability, security, and scalability of the product by analyzing user issues and feedback, user behavior scenarios, and product and technical data, while standing in the user’s perspective.
4.Communicate and collaborate efficiently with colleagues, customers, and partners to solve practical problems and convey product value.
5.Summarize and generalize development experience, explore and learn new tools and technologies, organize exchanges, sharing, and practices, improve development efficiency and quality, and enhance personal influence and team combat effectiveness.
Requirements:
1.Solid foundation in Java technology, with object-oriented design and programming mindset, and proficiency in Linux environment operations.
2.Extensive experience in using databases, familiarity with MySQL, and experience in database master-slave replication, sharding, and table partitioning system design.
3.Familiarity with various middleware in distributed environments, including caching, message queues, RPC, and other usages.
4.Understanding of multithreading, JVM, NIO, and other knowledge, with programming experience in distributed environments.
5.Familiarity with the principles and mechanisms of open-source frameworks such as Spring Boot and MyBatis.
6.Familiarity with commonly used design patterns, good coding habits, and a pursuit of development efficiency and quality.
7.Passion for new tools and technologies, leveraging technical capabilities to support business success, and the ability to read official documentation in English.
8.Strong logical thinking ability, cross-team communication and collaboration skills, project promotion ability, and the ability to influence others with positive energy.
