Job Descriptions:
- Acquire and ensure the quality of data from primary or secondary data sources
- Interpret and analyze data using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports, to identify trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Develop, implement and continuously improve the data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Develop forecasts based on reasonable assumptions and incomplete data points
- Launch and manage special projects and new experiments related to business needs
- Work with senior management to continuously improve business performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years full-time working experience in business analyst / growth analyst / data analyst / business intelligence roles at fast-paced businesses such as tech startups / e-commerce / FMCG
- Ideally have experience with data visualization software (e.g. Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, Google Data Studio, etc)
- Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets, plus have experience building data dashboards from scratch
- No luxury industry experience is needed! We are looking for those with strong logic and want to create magic regardless of sector experience.
