What you will do:
- Work as independent contributor and part of a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers and business analysts to build data science solutions that solve a wide array of business value such as increasing customer engagement and help grow JULO’s customer base and transactions
- Rapidly prototype data science solutions and be involved in product and feature discussions
- Analyze large volume data and generate insights which will be actionable
- Own end-to-end solutioning, from formulating the technical problem to deployment (along with engineers) of the solution
- Continuously improve the predictive value of our models, monitor model performance in production systems closely
- Develop a culture of highly reproducible work, attention to detail, quality of work and getting solutions to production quickly
You should have:
- Exceptional CAN-DO ATTITUDE
- 3+ years of experience of applied Quantitative Analysis, Statistical Analysis or Modelling
- Experience working with relational SQL databases
- Fluency in Python and the Python Data Science toolkit
- Excellent communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia and English)
- You must be results-oriented and willing to work in a fast and dynamic environment
- Deep understanding of Linear Algebra, (Multivariate) Calculus, Applied Mathematics and Statistics, Algorithms and complex optimization
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Statistics, (Applied) Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar advanced degree is preferred
Nice to have experience in any of the following:
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
- Domain knowledge in credit scoring, risk or loan portfolio management
- PhD Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Applied Mathematics

- Behavior Score Model to provide relevant customers’ creditworthiness to determine the credit limit
- User-level Incentive Model to assign the most optimized incentive to the right customers
- Collection Recommendation Enginerrangement, following team’s arrangement
