Responsibilities :
- To provide high quality and timely application.
- Work closely with Business Development and Project Management on deciding strategy on development and pre-sales.
- Responsible for project design, architecture optimization, code review.
- To suggest, review and implement new technology / new innovation within the company.
- Mentor your junior engineers to ensure their growth (soft and hard skills) and engagement in the team.
- Review development strategy.
- Review application’s unit test coverage code based on Sonarqube.
Job Qualification :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (Information Technology), or Engineering (Telecommunication/Computer).
- Minimum of 5 years of Backend Lead.
- Still hands-on and enjoys writing code every day preferably with experience in Backend framework : Golang, Java, NodeJs, PHP, etc.
- Understand concept Agile methodologies, TDD and Test Engineering, and Automation.
- Proficient in Golang, Java
- Have knowledge and implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, estimate, and execute release software development.
