Key Responsibilities:
- Perform web order process for all goods on-time and accurate to ensure KPI achieve
- Monitor quality control is did for 100% with out any exceptional
- Perform product report ( daily report, QC Report , Review Customer Complaints vs User Stamp)
- Monitor all the Orders of the day been confirmed before 00:00
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor degree from any major
- Min 3 years of experience handling or understanding ecommerce platform (Shopee / Blibli / Lazada/ etc)
- Able to operate WMS Scale
- Working in shift Experience in QC, Packing, and E-commerce SLA
