IT Support

An insurance BPO company with global operation is looking for a young, passionate individual to work as IT Support. You will work alongside our global IT team and carry out the following main responsibilities:

1. Monitoring and maintaining company’s IT infrastructure including hardware, data & storage, networks, and systems
2. Managing admin-related Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Azure/Entra, Intune, Defender, Purview, and Cloud)
3. Implementing and overseeing security measures to protect the organization’s data and information, including security incident reporting and cyber security training for employees
4. Managing and performing regular maintenance on company devices
5. Providing technical assistance and support to users
6. Troubleshooting technical problems including network, security issues and incidents

Must-Have Requirements:

1. Fluent in English (both verbal and written) is a mandatory
2. Experience with the functionality, operation, and maintenance of computer hardware, software and networks – Microsoft 365, Windows OS 10 or 11, and IT infrastructures & Security such as switch, access points, and various forms of endpoint security like firewall
3. Experienced or familiar with basic network configuration (e.g. IP segments, VLAN), network architecture, and related protocols
4. Proven understanding of Cyber Security frameworks
5. Min. 1 year experience in IT Support position or cyber security-related duties such as incident detection and response
6. Good communication skill, responsive, proactive, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Have the ability to see problems, troubleshoot and fix issues

Nice-to-Have Requirements:

1. Deep understanding of IT and Information Security concepts
2. Experience in data protection, privacy, and compliance
3. Familiarity with IT security standards and frameworks
4. Up to date knowledge of the latest cyber security trends and hacker tactics
5. Understanding of security frameworks such as ISO 27001 or NIST
6. Experienced or familiar with Virtual Desktop Services such as AWS, Citrix, etc.
7.  Min. Diploma/bachelor’s degree majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, and Information System
8. Willing to work in flexible hours to handle urgent issues
