An insurance BPO company with global operation is looking for a young, passionate individual to work as IT Support. You will work alongside our global IT team and carry out the following main responsibilities:
- Monitoring and maintaining company’s IT infrastructure including hardware, data & storage, networks, and systems
- Managing admin-related Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Azure/Entra, Intune, Defender, Purview, and Cloud)
- Implementing and overseeing security measures to protect the organization’s data and information, including security incident reporting and cyber security training for employees
- Managing and performing regular maintenance on company devices
- Providing technical assistance and support to users
- Troubleshooting technical problems including network, security issues and incidents
Must-Have Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written) is a mandatory
- Experience with the functionality, operation, and maintenance of computer hardware, software and networks – Microsoft 365, Windows OS 10 or 11, and IT infrastructures & Security such as switch, access points, and various forms of endpoint security like firewall
- Experienced or familiar with basic network configuration (e.g. IP segments, VLAN), network architecture, and related protocols
- Proven understanding of Cyber Security frameworks
- Min. 1 year experience in IT Support position or cyber security-related duties such as incident detection and response
- Good communication skill, responsive, proactive, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Have the ability to see problems, troubleshoot and fix issues
Nice-to-Have Requirements:
- Deep understanding of IT and Information Security concepts
- Experience in data protection, privacy, and compliance
- Familiarity with IT security standards and frameworks
- Up to date knowledge of the latest cyber security trends and hacker tactics
- Understanding of security frameworks such as ISO 27001 or NIST
- Experienced or familiar with Virtual Desktop Services such as AWS, Citrix, etc.
- Min. Diploma/bachelor’s degree majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, and Information System
- Willing to work in flexible hours to handle urgent issues
