Responsibilities:
- Identify business opportunities aligned with company strengths for mutually beneficial collaborations with merchants/brands.
- Conduct competitor analysis to understand our brand’s position in the market segment.
- Develop creative business programs/packages (e.g., free gifts, product bartering) for potential merchants/brands.
- Create new business opportunities through prospecting and client outreach.
- Identify suitable merchant/brand partners for collaboration.
- Lead online/offline presentations and negotiations with potential partners.
- Draft and ensure adherence to partnership agreements.
- Prepare necessary data for inbound/outbound product processes as per agreements.
- Ensure partnership products are displayed on ecommerce platforms.
- Represent the company as a salesperson during expos.
- Report directly to ensure compliance with company guidelines for new clients and business.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in retail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills for market and competitor analysis.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willing to work in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara.
