Job Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Country Sales Leader
- Manages existing / new channel partners, system integrators and end users
- Meet or exceed sales target given
- Develop sales pipeline and manage sales forecast
- Develop and maintain a high level understanding of IT Network, Infrastructure, Security Technologies, Implementation Services in local competitive environment
- Generate sales opportunity to achieve short and long term revenue and profit growth
- To prepare sales quotation and address sales enquiries with competitive offerings in a timely and professional manner
- To negotiate with customers on price/terms and conclude sales orders
- To implement sales and account management plan to develop new customers, manage and grow existing business
- Maintain and develop excellent customers relationship with internal business units and external business partners for driving sales result
Requirements:
- Minimum possess Diploma in Business and related field
- Experience in CRM product sales
- Proven 3 to 5 years working experience in IT solutions sales, with the ability to demonstrate a high level of understanding in System Integration, Managed Services, Network Infrastructure and Security Technologies. Experience in direct and channel sales
- Excellent written, oral communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent oral and written communications skills in English
- Experience in selling hardware is an added advantage
- Good contacts and network in the IT Industry
- High self-esteem, energy and committed to customer satisfaction
- Self starter, meticulous, and ability to work effectively as an individual as well as part of a team

- Travelling required
- Preferably have retail sales experience
