Job Requirement:
- Telcom operator project experience (Sale or Project)
- Basic telcom background
- Familar with broadband/Fiber Cable/Wireless technology will be better
- Successful project sales or execution experience
- 2+ years’ telecom experience in sale and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Excellent skill in micro soft excel/word/PPT/Project
- Fluent in English
Job Responsibility:
- Develop trust relationship with our major customers
- Expand the relationship with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their target
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecast to internal project team and follow up payment process from customer
- Customer(Telcom Operator) relationship maintenance and development
- Get the operator network construction requirements and planning
- Consider the right way to introduce FiberHome solution to customer
- Operator project bidding
- Assist in project payment collection
