Job Description

As a Business Development specializing in IT services, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and marketing our company’s offerings to potential clients. You will collaborate with the team to develop effective strategies for expanding our client base and achieving revenue targets. If you are proactive, dynamic, and passionate about leveraging technology to solve business challenges, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Generate new leads and convert them into profitable sales by offline and online canvassing. 
  2. Create comprehensive sales and marketing materials tailored for presentations to prospective clients and existing clients.
  3. ⁠Schedule meetings, presentations, and outreach efforts with prospective clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, and emails. 
  4. Keep updated on the best practices and promotional trends. 
  5. Collaborate with team members and departments to optimize sales efforts and resolve client issues promptly. 
  6. Negotiate contracts, process sales orders, and manage deposits and payments from clients. 
  7. Document and monitor target achievement, set sales goals, and develop performance strategies. 
  8. ⁠Acquire new accounts through networking, identifying leads, and building strategic partnerships. 
  9. ⁠Provide technical assistance and service presentations to support clients before and after sales.
  10. Maintain client relationships, recommend additional products, promote the product portfolio, and attend industry events while producing detailed monthly sales reports.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing/communication, computer science or equivalent, or High School Diploma.
  2. Preferably, candidates with sales or marketing experience, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office to create comprehensive sales and marketing materials by showcasing products or services effectively.
  4. Excellent communication skills in English. Proficiency in other languages is considered a plus, especially Mandarin. 
  5. Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills capable of presenting, promoting, and demonstrating services to existing and potential clients.
  6. Outstanding interpersonal skills for building rapid relationships with clients.
  7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and target-oriented.
  8. Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.
