Detailed Role Description
1. Building and maintaining Managed Care dashboard & system
2. Data Collection: Gathering data from various sources, such as company databases, analytic systems, and external sources
3. Data Cleansing: Cleaning, organizing, and processing raw data to ensure its accuracy and prepare it for further analysis
4. Data Analysis: Analyzing clean data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can aid in business decision-making
5. Data Visualization: Communicating analysis results by creating data visualizations such as charts, diagrams, and interactive dashboards
6. Reporting and Presentation: Summarizing analysis findings in report format understandable by stakeholders, including management and non-technical teams
7. Coordinating as the supervisor of the Enrollment team
Key Qualifications
1. Educational Background:
Bachelor Degree:
– Statistic
– Mathematics
– Computer Science/Information Technology/Information System
– Economic/Business
2. Work experience desired :
– Min 2 year experience in Data Analyst
– Have an experience in processing health insurance claim data
– Have an experience in TPA or health insurance company are preferred
– Have an experience in actuarial technic are preferred
3. Mandatory skills & knowledge :
– Proficiency in Ms Excel & Google Sheet
– Able to operate data analytical tools
– Have knowledge in third party administration system are preferred
– Effective communication skills to client & other division
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality work
– Excellent problem-solving skills to make data driven recommendations
