Responsibilities:
- Data Processing using Microsoft Excel
- Manage Contact Care Center (CCC – Application)
- Create internal service ticket (Installation/PM)
- Update customer contract SLA at CCC
- Validate & update customer SLA data
- Manage & monitor Rental Asset Management Bank and Non-Bank
- Input and Monitoring of customer SLA report dashboard
- Create Weekly and Monthly Reports to Dashboard Management
- Good Knowledge of SQL Server & Power BI
Requirement:
- Minimum S1 majoring in Informatics Engineering or related majors
- Minimum 1 year experience as data analyst
- Familiar with using Microsoft Excel & Power BI Dashboard
- Have the ability to perform data processing
- Good Communication Skills
