Qualifications & experience

  • Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Informatics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in cyber security product sales or presales.
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at project assessment and risk analysis.
  • Excellent people and relationship-building skills across all seniority levels.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to prioritize projects and select appropriate business opportunities logically.
  • Experienced in network/security design, sizing, and supporting the Sales Team.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Solid understanding of network & security solutions (Next-gen Firewall, NAC, Email Security, DNS Security, etc).
  • Post-sales/security engineers are welcome to apply.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Strategically source potential leads using a variety of methods (digital platforms, networking, etc.).
  • Engage with prospects through cold calls, emails, social media, and personalized meetings to introduce our solutions.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations tailored to the client’s needs, highlighting the value and benefits of our products.
  • Navigate the entire sales process, from initial contact to securing the purchase order, with a keen eye on detail and client satisfaction.
  • Handover successfully onboarded clients to the management team for ongoing account maintenance, ensuring a smooth transition and continued satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to continuously refine our acquisition strategies.
