Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior, Civil or equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position ( especially interior project : F&B and Electronic )
- Ability to operate the design software such : Sketchup 3D, Autocad DWG, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
- Ability to use MS Office ( Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc )
- Can communicate in English both written and verbal ( Mandarin is a plus )
- Good knowledge of the design and construction process including design materials, specification, and trend
- Have a analytical, logical thinking and good communication
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- High achiever & willing business trip

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitoring quality construction vendor on site and communicate any design related issues to get the good result ( including assisting for vendor administration with mall in the beginning through end of project )
- Coordinate with both internal and external parties to ensure the project is executed and any issues is resolved according to the agreed procedures timelines and work schedule
- Review and know all design documents, technical specification and drawings
- Work together with manager in the project planning execution and monitoring throughout the project duration and provide a routine project progress report/site visit report
- Connecting with mall & in Hounse design team for Store Fit Out
- Coordination with vendors & design team for materials selection
