Qualifications :
- Age max. 28 y.o.
- Education in Diploma/Degree in Ecommerce Marketing/Business Admin/Creative Media/Content Creator or equivalent.
- Proven experience of min. 2 years in a e-commerce & marketplace business, sales support, online marketing and related industries.
- Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-commerce websites/marketplace.
- Knowledgeable of the e-commerce space that includes marketing strategies, various leading marketplace. website such as Tokopedia, Bukalapak, Shopee and related marketplace website.
- Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical and multitasking skills.
- Point of skills: e-commerce, online marketing research, marketing, web content writing, web design, marketing strategies, online editing and writing skills, basic video & image editing skills.
Job Descriptions :
- Upload and edit product content that will be published on e-commerce/marketplace websites.
- Assisting set standards, keywords for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
- Assisting with decisions about promotions such as discounted offers and affordable bulk packages.
- Work closely with different teams (product management, graphics, sales) to provide updated content that will be shared across e-Commerce platforms.
- Identify SEO best practices regarding inventory, pre-orders, and pricing policies.
- Assisting with the day-to-day coordination of e-Commerce marketplace activities, e.g. product uploads, reporting, organizing stock transfers.
- Inspecting and uploading customers’ product reviews.
- Together with team manage & maintain email and social media marketing campaigns.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
