Requirement :
- Pendidikan terakhir minimal S1 dari jurusan Teknik Mesin, Teknik Elektro dan Teknik Industri
- Memiliki pengalaman dibidang dan posisi yang sama minimal 5 tahun sebagai Engineering Manager. WAJIB dari manufaktur makanan dan minuman.
- Memiliki pengetahuan mengenai lean manufacture, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, dan FSCC
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Cirebon
Tanggung Jawab :
- Menetapkan strategi maintenance, prefentive dan memastikan inventaris dan infrastruktur yang ada diperusahaan berjalan efektif dan efisien.
- Memastikan semua proses utility dengan peraturan RnD System, Quality System, Manufacturing System dan mengukur semua KPI yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan
- Menentukan strategi pengembangan softskill & teknikal skill untuk bawahannya
- Menentukan strategi kerja pada department Engineering
