Position Title: Facilities Coordinator
Location: Batam, Riau Island
Job Responsibilities
- Ensures that all facilities are operated and maintained in alignment with established standards and procedures.
- Maintains positive client relationships, conducting meetings on unresolved facility issues in an expeditious and professional manner. Communicates regarding property profiles, emergency preparedness plans, site inspections, facility audits, work order progress reports, and other related reports.
- Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of facility operations, such as reception, space management, MAC services, and parking.
- Acts as the primary contact for assigned site’s contractors and vendors.
- Manages supplier contracts and holds regular (minimum monthly) meetings with supplier representatives, ensuring that agreed operational (supplier KPIs) performance is achieved for each contract.
- Inspects facilities and equipment to determine the extent of service and equipment required.
- Arranges for maintenance, upkeep, or reconditioning of facilities as specified in the operating procedures, management plan, and/or management services agreement, and of leased premises.
- Aligns the environmental health and safety procedures for facilities at each location.
- Ensures facility procedures comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Maintains various facility management reports.
- Oversees the management of minor capital projects when necessary.
- Responsible for security manned guarding provision, cleaning services, and all other maintenance activities.
- Assists with the client move-in/move-out process to minimize disruption to day-to-day business.
- Ensures compliance with Best Practice documents with the assistance of the RFM. Ensures compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle policies, procedures, and standard practices.
- Directly supervises employees reporting to the assigned buildings. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the policies detailed within the Jones Lang LaSalle Personnel Handbook and applicable laws. Ensures training of staff to fulfill legal requirements, especially in the area of fire protection, technical safety, and personal safety.
- Makes daily tours of all assigned office buildings and grounds.
- Available 24/7 to resolve emergencies as quickly as possible in a professional manner.

- Compliance with service provision as detailed in the contract. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Customer satisfaction survey rating: must achieve Account Targets.
- Work order closure within agreed timescales.
- Compliance with Health and Safety responsibilities.
- High Customer Satisfaction rating as measured in regular surveys.
- Compliance with Best Practice documentation.
- Languages: Native or bilingual proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia, fluent in English.
- Excellent organizational skills required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with training experience to guide multifunctional teams.
- Excellent PC skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Knowledge of Corrigo will be advantageous.
- Interest in continuous improvement and development of new technologies.
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Facilities technician.
