Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Fullstack JavaScript development.
- Strong command of JavaScript and its ecosystem, including HTML, CSS, Express.js, MySQL, and front-end frameworks like React or Next.js.
- Proficiency in server-side development with Node.js, API creation with RESTful conventions, and data manipulation using SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with version control systems like GIT and CI/CD practices, as well as testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha for Unit Testing.
- Experience in deploying applications to cloud services and understanding the nuances of web app deployment processes.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt teaching methods to cater to a diverse group of students.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within diverse teams.
- Previous experience as an instructor or educator in relevant fields is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work as a part-time/full-time instructor at Phincon Academy.

- Lead and facilitate learning activities in class related to Fullstack Javascript, ensuring students gain a solid understanding of both frontend and backend technologies.
- Mentor and lead students through hands-on projects, concentrating on JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
- Develop and implement fair evaluation criteria, including grading activities, and provide constructive feedback on students’ projects and assignments.
- Cultivate a learning atmosphere that supports students’ enduring success, centered on advancement and proficiency within the Fullstack JavaScript landscape.
- Offer consistent guidance and expertise in Full Stack JavaScript development, including both client-side and server-side applications.
- Stimulate critical thinking and refine problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on clean coding practices and deployment strategies.
