1. Data planning: Establish data analysis objectives aligned with business strategy and execute a roadmap accordingly.
2. Data analysis: Define and outline data analysis objectives, conducting modeling, verification, testing, and application processes.
3. Data-driven decision-making: Investigate and derive insights to support decision-making across business, market, and product strategies.
4. Decision effect verification: Develop methodologies like A/B Testing and simulation to validate decision impacts on business.
5. Algorithm implementation: Execute, evaluate, and validate algorithms for data analysis purposes.
6. Cloud expertise: Understand the workings of major cloud platforms like GCP and AWS, crucial for extensive usage in data processing.
7. Security assurance: Ensure adherence to security guidelines, particularly in safeguarding sensitive data like PII, by comprehending security terminologies and data protection methods.
8. Data Engineering: Understand data production and modification processes, with advantageous knowledge in server development to address data organization challenges for effective analysis.

Profile
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 12 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with at least 10 years of experience, or PhD with at least 7 years of experience.
- Strong experience in setting data analysis goals aligned with business strategy and executing plans accordingly.
- Proficiency in defining data analysis objectives, conducting modeling, verification, testing, and application processes.
- Ability to investigate and extract insights to support decision-making across business, market, and product strategies.
- Skills in developing methods like A/B Testing and simulation to validate decision impacts.
- Competence in implementing, evaluating, and validating algorithms for data analysis.
- Understanding of major cloud platforms like GCP and AWS for data processing.
- Knowledge of security guidelines for safeguarding sensitive data like PII.
- Understanding of data production and modification processes, with knowledge in server development as a plus.
- Familiarity with compliance standards like CQM, SAM, and TCA.
