Job Description:
As a Human Resources Staff (HRD Staff), you will play an important role in supporting the functions of our company’s HR department. You will work closely with the HR team on a variety of administrative tasks, data management, recruitment, training and maintaining proper HR procedures.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, filtering/screening, scheduling interviews, sending job offer letters and onboarding.
- Manage and maintain employee records, including personal data, performance data, and training documents.
- Prepare and manage training schedules and employee development programs.
- Provide administrative support in managing employee performance, including monitoring annual performance evaluations.
- Assist in the maintenance of HR policies and ensure the availability of relevant HR documents.
- Perform other HR duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or related field.
- Experience minimum 2 Years in the same position.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various levels of staff.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS application.
- Understanding Basic PPh21 and BPJS Employment and Health.
- Honest, Thorough & Responsible for work.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
- Teamwork and motivation.
- Domiciled in West Jakarta & its surroundings.
- Have a good personality.
