Responsibilities:
1. Patrol and inspect power supply system and HVAC system in data center.
2. Perform preventative maintenance on data center according to schedule and ensure effective working of electromechanical building systems.
3. Respond and deal with emergency events in daily operation.
4. Administer the BMS system and respond to alerts.
5. Fill in the operation records, maintenance records, accident handling records and shift handover records.
6. Handle routine alarms and faults of power supply and distribution devices and HVAC systems.
7. Maintain the environment cleanliness and temperature and humidity.
8. Manage the safety appliances and instrumentation tools.
9. Assist the shift leader to execute the customer’s power supply request.
10. Properly compile and maintain data center equipment files and records.
11. Ensure all the compliance of all regulatory laws and company guidelines are met.
Qualifications:
1. Professional trade certificate (ACMV, Electrical, ELV, Plumbing or Building services related) with min.1 year relevant experience in Data center industry or Hi-tech facilities/factory/plant.
2. Diploma or Higher in Electrical, Mechanical or ELV subject.
3. At least 1 years related working experience, candidate with more experiences will be considered for a senior position.
4. Familiar with the local relevant safety operation regulations.
5. Able to perform switching operations and troubleshooting.
6. Basic expertise in high/low voltage power supply and distribution systems, UPS, diesel generators, HVAC and video surveillance.
7. Local qualification certificate is preferred.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
9. Good command in English will be added advantage.
10. Being conscientious and responsible.
11. Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
