Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Develop strategic plans and initiatives to penetrate Indonesia market related to semiconductor, data storage, electronics and biomedical industries effectively and achieve business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels for growth.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with potential partners, distributors, and vendors.
- Continuously evaluate market trends and customer needs to innovate and expand product/service offerings.
- Any other ad-hoc assigned.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience as sales in Semiconductor industry.
- Proficiency in Japanese to liaise with Japanese speaking customers and counterparts.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, and marketing.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian business culture, market trends, and regulatory environment.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop effective solutions.
- Prior experience developing a new team/market would be an added bonus
