Background & Experience
- Bachelor Degree (S1) from IT/IS/Computing major of reputable University
- At least 5-year experience as IT System Analyst in Banking/Insurance/Financial institution
- Previous experience as a team leader or member on Banking Regulatory Compliant and Reporting project
- No later than 36 years old of age
- Solid skills and experience in ASP.NET, C# and SQL
- Excellence analytical skills in problem solving and enhancing existing application
- Strong leadership, self-motivated, good collaboration and time-management skills
- Good English Skills
- Willing to be hired as System Analyst in Contract period
- Previous programming experience in banking and/or insurance will be on top list
Duty & Responsibility
- Lead and responsible for projects and follows direction from Project Manager
- Develop new features of application according to user specification
- Enhancing, bug fixing and troubleshooting existing application
- Create reporting and data analysis using SQL queries
- Collaborating with team members, suggest and follow any team outcome
- Lead team, managing task lists and ready to give answers and solution to programmers/subordinate questions.
- Control result within the required parameter and given directive
- Writes a good documentation and managing task lists, schedules in English
- Manage time, deadlines, report any progress and result to Project Manager
