JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible in ensuring maximum service availability and handle problem cases directly via phone or email
- Able to diagnose and solve technical problems such as core network, site network, networking hardware, etc
- Work in close coordination with Field Engineer, Customer Care and other technical supports in order to ensure Service Level achievement,
- Manage and maintain network and server monitoring system
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Experience 2 year in the same field.
- Good understanding on fundamentals of TCP/IP, – Understanding LAN / WAN, Network Monitoring, Troubleshooting, Configuration and Performance
- Experience with MPLS / Metro-E Technology, DWDM, GPON / FTTx, Wireless ( radio ) or Fiber Optic.
- Familiar and able to operate network devices Switch, Router, OLT, ONT, and Radio and measurement tools.
- Willing to working in shifting system.
- Computer Literate.
