PDCA ANALYST – HEAD OFFICE
Responsibilities :
- This function is critical to co-develop corporate vision, mission, and strategy as CEO partner.
- To translate the Corporate KPI into each Department KPI.
- Monitor the implementation of corporate performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from Management / Finance / Accounting or related degree.
- 27 years old maximum.
- Great communication and interpersonal skill.
- A deep understanding of business strategy frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
- Ability to gather, interpret, and draw insights from complex data sets to inform strategic decision-making.
- Willingness to stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify challenges, develop solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to present findings, recommendations, and business plans to stakeholders at all levels of the organization (as user-friendly possible so as to improve readability and report effectiveness).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
