Luce SG is a tech-powered services provider for residential and commercial needs for customers in Singapore. Our services include part-time maid services, ad hoc home cleaning, office cleaning and commercial facilities services, aircon servicing, and more. Responsibilities
- Define product vision, road map, and growth opportunities
- Own the product roadmap and manage the product backlog.
- Responsible for ensuring impeccable features and functionality of the product.
- Responsible for the full product cycle, from conception to product launch and ongoing product iteration.
- Lead the cross-functional team (Tech, Design, Operation) to deliver best-in-class user experiences
- Do research & validation for new business ideas and collaborate it with customer insights.
- Work closely with researchers to identify user needs.
- Maintain strong knowledge and update around the latest trend in related industries.
- Help create and deliver technical content for the community such as documentation, tutorials, presentations, and workshops.
- Mentor and develop Product Managers on the team
- Own and improve key product growth and engagement metrics
Requirements
- Minimal 3 years of product experience
- Strong communication skills and a balanced personality. You feel comfortable talking to different stakeholders from different departments inside and outside the company
- Passion for B2C products, you love exploring new apps and breaking down the most-used apps. You constantly question various decisions of features in your favorite app and design thinking is something you don’t just read but practice
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-stress design process under minimal supervision.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and ability to present work to executives and large groups
- Solid understanding of UX workflows and able to craft clear and concise user stories. The ability to do UX design is a plus
- Strong ability to grasp business and engineering objectives and translate them both ways.
- Can bring together and influence groups from different functions (eng, design, ops, UX) at different levels (from executive to peers to prospective clients)
- Must be willing to WFO 4 days a week. Currently, our office is located in Bandung, and in June-July 2024 we will move our office to Jakarta.
