Job Description:
- Gather and analyze production data to monitor performance and identify trends, patterns, and potential areas for improvement.
- Track key production metrics such as output rates, efficiency, downtime, and yield to assess overall production performance.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating and cleaning production datasets.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into production efficiency and performance.
- Work closely with production teams, quality control, and supply chain departments to ensure alignment and support data-driven process improvements.
- Communicate insights and findings to stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, to support decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python, R) and data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and communicate complex data in a simple, actionable manner.
