R&D Engineer – Master Data
Responsibility:
- Establish and Maintain Customer and Product Relationships in SAP System: Create, manage, and optimize the relationships between customers and products in the SAP system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness for effective business operations.
- Maintain and Update BOM Information in SAP System, responsible for the comprehensive maintenance of the Bill of Materials (BOM), including detailed recording, updating, and verification of product components, raw materials, and their interrelationships to support manufacturing and supply chain management.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Perform data analysis related to product and customer information, generate reports, and provide insights to support decision-making across different departments.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, production, and supply chain, to ensure that master data aligns with overall business strategies and goals.
- Compliance and Data Integrity: Ensure compliance with product data management policies and regulations of company, and maintain high standards of data integrity and security.
- Lead or participate in projects related to master data management, ensuring timely and successful completion aligned with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Material Science, Chemistry, Food Science, or related fields.
- Preference for candidates with experience in SAP operation and data management.
- Over 2 years of working experience in related position/field.
- Familiarity with production and supply chain processes.
- Proficiency in SAP system operations, especially modules related to product and customer data.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- English spoken as daily communication, able to use it as working language.
