R&D Engineer – Test
Responsibility:
- Oversee quality improvement of the existing products to ensure stable product quality.
- Lead the prototyping tests for new products, ensuring that all quality and process requirements are met before production.
- Continuously improve the production process, promoting technical innovation and optimization.
- On-site tracking and guidance for testing, ensuring accurate and reliable test results.
- Participate in customer-side testing, ensuring that products meet actual customer needs and standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and provide solutions for issues that arise during the production process.
- Engage in analyzing customer feedback, working with sales and service teams to resolve issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical support both pre-sale and post-sale, assisting customers with technical challenges.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in polymer materials or print-paper related fields.
- Over 3 years of working experience in liquid food packaging or related fields.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Solid project management and coordination skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities, capable of producing clear and accurate test reports.
- Familiarity with relevant industry and national standards and regulations.
- Must possess strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
