Our client is a top-tier chemical company from europe. Our client is specialize in the design, development and manufacturing of fragrance compositions. While its perfumers keep a vigilant eye on the current trends in order to bring our developments to the vanguard of the fragrance industry, our client factories across the globe allow us to offer a faster and more flexible delivery to any location worldwide.
Currently they looking for a sales coordinator. This position will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence in both local and overseas territories. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and ensure timely delivery of our fragrance compositions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local and domestic market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Participate in industry events and exhibitions to promote our client products and services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field from overseas university is a plus.
- minimum 3 years proven experience in sales and open market in overseas, preferably in the manufacture, industrial, chemical or fragrance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Good command in English
