Job Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated and talented Sales Representatives to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the sales pipeline, qualifying opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and closing deals to support our mission of providing industry-leading AI for finance, enterprise, law firm and government.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage and execute the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure;
● Qualify and verify new business opportunities, ensuring they align with our client’s needs;
● Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders at law firms, legal organizations, and other target clients;
● Identify and escalate any potential concerns or risks to the appropriate team members;
● Collaborate closely with the product and development teams to gather customer insights and feedback;
● Prepare professional sales materials and run workshops to discover the clients’ needs and projects, and accumulate industry knowledge;
● Prepare professional responses to RFPs, RFIs, and other sales documents required by clients;
● Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales organization.
Requirements:
● 5+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in the following industry: law, AI/technology, or education;
● Demonstrated track record of quota attainment and successful deal closures;
● In-depth understanding of the challenges and needs of law firms, legal professionals,
and other target customers;
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
● Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities, with a focus on driving cross-functional alignment;
● Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage;
● Passion for technology and a desire to be part of a team that is building industry-leading AI applications;
