The role of the Senior Planner Infinity is responsible to coordinate the day to day activities with Facility and services supervisor, including but not limited to ensure data check in / check out data camp accurate; ensure camp availability; controlling man-hours available.
Job Description:
- Responsible to manage the section prepare work packages for every planned data check in / check out camp;
- Responsible to manage the section prepare work packages for every planned maintenance activity inclusive of preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Plan and arrange all activities related with equipment maintenance to enhance equipment and plant accessibility and competence supporting site production supplies.
- Prepares detailed critical path plans and job cards, including equipment and materials lists for major jobs such as planned projects.
- Ensures that equipment and material are available when required.
- Serve as a liaison between maintenance and operations.
- Maintain records and files essential to maintenance management.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff, contractors, and external vendors.
- Prepare preventive maintenance plans that are aligned with the organization’s maintenance goals.
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree qualification in Information System / Civil / Electrical / Industrial / process engineering;
- Have minimum 10 years experiences in Planning for Facilities asset and equipment, and at least 4 years working experiences in similar role as Senior Planner.
- Have experience with Infinity Software; SAP Software
- Background from Hospitality very welcome with Infinity software experienced;
- Computerized Maintenance Management System, PC and Software applications;
- Experience with project management software and tools
- Have good organizational skills; Excellent attention to detail; Have strong analytical skills; Safety first mindset; Good contractor management skills; Team player; Good interpersonal skills; High level Communication skills; Problem detection and resolution skills are essential;
- Good in communication skills in English both verbal and written; computer literate.
