Role Summary
Interpret and analyze the measurement, monitoring and action of performance and productivity measures to ensure network operations KPI’s are met.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis to identify issues, problems, and opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, improve service quality, drive-down cost and increase profitability.
- Interpret and transform data into meaningful information that can be acted upon.
- Develop or enhance tools and methodology to improve and diagnostic effectiveness, e.g., transformed reports in Excel to Power BI to handle big data management.
- Conduct on-site observations and root cause analysis with stakeholders to identify service gaps for further actions on process/performance improvements.
- Keep track of actions that are taken to address and identify problem areas and monitor performance for improvement.
- Contribute and participate in field review projects/programs as requested or required.
- Create of user documentation for performance reporting and communication to user community.
- Investigate into accuracy of performance measurement or reporting, keeping stakeholders appraised of status and raising notifications where necessary.
- Prepare regular performance reporting (specific or regular) in line with the daily/weekly/monthly reporting schedule.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3 years experiences in distribution/transportation experience.
- Familiar with Express Industry, KPIs specific to Operations, standard operations procedures, and IT/Reporting systems.
- Familiar with using Microsoft Excel and Power BI or other data processing platform.
- Familiar with Power Point.
- Public speaking and presentation skill.
- English communication in verbal and written
