Job Description

• Develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications, software, and systems based on the specifications provided from Technical Lead
• Administer clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards
• Develop solutions to complex problems and implement them effectively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Optimize software performance to ensure efficient execution and responsiveness
• Create and maintain technical documentation for referencing and knowledge sharing
• Ensure source codes are kept in GIT according to the standard established
• Investigate and resolve software defects and issues flagged by customers or team members
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required by Management

Job Specifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
• Good command of English, with excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• At least 2 years of working experience in related industry
• Solid understanding of Python programming principles and best practices
• Familiarity with web frameworks (FastAPI) is an added bonus
• Knowledge of front-end programming languages (HTML, JavaScript) is an added bonus
• Prior working experience with Point of Sales systems is an added bonus
• Experience with databases (SQL) and data modeling
• High integrity and reliable team player, while also being able to work independently with minimal supervision
