It is the first portal where headhunters, companies, and job seekers can really work on same page, making recruitment more efficient and transparent.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership and guidance to the IT team, including mentoring and coaching.
Oversee day-to-day activities of the team and ensure efficient collaboration.
Develop project plans, allocate resources, and track project progress to ensure timely delivery.
Conduct code reviews and ensure that the team delivers high-quality, maintainable code.
Oversee the entire web development lifecycle, from initial concept to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
Architect and develop scalable and maintainable job portal website using the latest technologies.
Requirements
Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
Min. 5 years of experience as a software engineer, with full-stack development experience.
Proficient in Linux, Next.js, Cucumber, Google Cloud, Platform (GCP), FastAPI, Docker, Jenkins, Go (Programming Language).
Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery, React)
Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. Java, Python, Golang) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js).
Excellent English language skill, both oral and written is a must (Mandarin is a plus).
