Technical Support Engineer – Presales & Postsales :
- Is a technical who do job support in the technical side, such as troubleshooting hardware & software, repair product (soldering), inject license, quality control, warranty checking, claim RMA to principle, training, giving a solution to customer and making administration report for internal & external party.
- Responsible for checking, doumentation, report, and claim the sparepart related to customers problem.
- Also involve with all aspects, helping sales team, partner and end user about the product.
Main Duties:
- Coordination with vendor for support project as a project manager.
- Make sure product are good condition and ready to use.
- Making installation success, and no complain from customer.
- Troubleshooting, hardware and software (inject license) about the product.
- Checking, repair, and claim RMA & sparepart to principle.
- Reporting and documentation about the product.
- Conduct product training to sales team, partner and customer / end user.
- Maintain complete documentations for all product related activity.
Requirements:
- Age maximum 30 years old.
- Minimum D3.
- Must attach the recent photograph in this position.
- Able to communicate in English both oral and written (English Active) is a must.
- Able to communicate in mandarin (passive) is our priority.
- Understand about IT Product installation, setting & troubleshooting is a must.
- Must having at least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position as a Technical Engineer / IT Service Center / IT Support.
- Able to work independenly, having good technical and solution skills.
- Able to work overtime and on holiday is a must (project support).
- Discipline, fast learner, high accurate and able to work under pressure.
- Strong ability to clearly demonstrate solutions, resourceful, strong problem solving skill.
- Willingness and strong passion in learning new technologies and practices.
- Willing to work in west Jakarta – Puri & Meruya area
